Longwood Chamber of Commerce Revitalization Plans
SERVPRO of Port Jefferson attended the first meeting of the Longwood Chamber of Commerce, recently assembled.
Chamber President Larry Mikorenda directed the meeting. He gave a great presentation on the revitalization plans for Ridge, Middle Island, and Coram, New York.
This meeting was held at the Middle Island Fire Department.

SERVPRO of Port Jefferson's Risa Kluger & Veronica Focero attended the Port Jefferson Rotary Club Seventh Annual Put and Pub Crawl. 200+ people congregated at The Curry Club at Saghar to kick off the 9-hole miniature golf outing. From there, after splitting into groups, we went to Castaways Steak & Seafood. Gourmet Burger Bistro, the Port Jeff Brewing Company, Tommy's Place, Nantucket, Portside Bar & Grill, Barito Taco & Cocktails, and Billy's 1890 Saloon. Each location served delicious trays of food, and a fine selection of alcoholic beverages as the golf groups played on the miniature courses unique to each venue.

Brianne Flanagan, SERVPRO Marketing Manager, attended the Federation of New York Insurance Professionals Association convention in Rochester, N.Y. as a representative of the Insurance Professionals Association of Long Island (IPALI). Brianne will be installed as an IPALI Board of Directors member at the June 19th installation dinner.
FYI - It is an IPALI picture that Brianne contributed-she is in it. However everyone else in the picture are on the insurance side, mostly agents or brokers, not restoration.
