Ronkonkoma Water Damage

SERVPRO of Port Jefferson received a call for a Sewage Back up water-loss on 02/05/2018.  The water-loss occurred in Ronkonkoma, NY, and was caused due to a Clog in a pipeline in the basement.  Prior to SERVPRO arriving another restoration service was on site and had refused services, this caused the sewage damage to sit for a few days causing significant mold to build up on the drywall and paneling in the basement.  SERVPRO removed all affected carpeting and drywall in the basement and cleaned and sanitized.  All damaged contents were sorted through and disposed of with the home owner’s approval.  Pack-out services were also completed and all salvageable contents were packed carefully and brought out of the home to on site storage unit.  SERVPRO technicians cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized all surfaces in the basement, to effectively render a clean environment upon leaving.  The home owner was extremely satisfied with SERVPRO services, and SERVPRO left the site clean and ready for the rebuild process.
