Dealing with a pipe burst in Ridge, NY

SERVPRO of Port Jefferson received a call for a water loss in Ridge. The loss was caused by a pipe bursting in the master bathroom when no one was occupying the residence. There was significant flooding in the master bathroom, master bedroom, dining room, living room, hallway, and bedroom of the residence. There was additional flooding in the basement, with standing water of up to 2 inches in parts of the basement. 

Substantial amounts of contents were located on the main floor of the home, as well as in the basement. So much water saturated the basement that plastic totes were filled to the top with standing water.  SERVPRO of Port Jefferson performed pack-out services with the utmost care, extracted all standing water, demolished all affected materials, and restored the home to dry conditions. Our customer's home was left clean, content-free in the damaged rooms, and ready for rebuild.
